Charity Napier was born on October 15, 1906, in Roanoke, Virginia, the daughter of Jake and Hannah Napier.
She lived with her family at 45 Lynchburg Avenue NE and attended school as a young girl.
Charity Napier died on December 16, 1918, at twelve years of age during the influenza pandemic.
